We start with a free discovery call. We ask about your business, the people who'll use the software and the problem you're trying to solve. If something already exists (a website, a spreadsheet, a tool), we look at it together. By the end, we both know whether we're a good fit and what a first version could look like.

Plan
A clear scope, timeline and fixed quote. You know exactly what you're getting before any code is written.
We turn the discovery into a written proposal: what we'll build in the first release, what we won't, the milestones, the timeline and a fixed price. For larger products we quote the first phase and plan the rest together. Where it helps, we include wireframes or a clickable prototype of the key screens.

Build
We ship in small weekly milestones with a live preview link, so you see progress and give feedback early.
Development happens in short cycles. Every week you get a live preview link and a short update on what's done, what's next and anything that needs your input. Your feedback goes straight into the next cycle. We test as we go: automated tests where they matter, plus manual QA on real devices before every milestone is signed off.

Launch & grow
We deploy, hand over everything, and stay on to improve, automate and scale what's working.
We handle deployment, domains and monitoring, and walk your team through the finished product. You receive the code, accounts and documentation. A round of revisions after launch is included. After that, you can continue with a monthly plan to add features, automate more of the business and keep everything up to date.
